Florida Man Tells Court To ‘Go F*#$ Themselves’ In Latest Filing… Except He Didn’t Use Symbols
Donald Trump relishes trashing the judges in his various cases. But amidst all the ranting about their families, fulminating that the judges “hate” him, and baseless allegations about judges “running election interference,” he has yet to file a document that explicitly tell a court “to go fuck themselves.”
Squad goals!
Another Florida litigant crossed that Rubicon (see… that’s not an improper contortion of that reference!) this week, adding the eye-catching title “Notice of Voluntary Dismissal and Notice That the Court Can Go Fuck Itself” to the docket.
Would you be shocked to learn this was filed by a pro se litigant? No? Fair enough.

After the “clown ass court” and the screaming “FUCK YOU BITCHES” with not one, but three exclamation points (and bold underlined), did we need the all caps “NOT” before the “Respectfully submitted” closing? Seems a little hat on a hat, doesn’t it?
I dunno, gang. I can’t help but think he’d be better off had he cut the filing short after the first sentence. (Credit to Matt Margolis who posted the motion on social media.)
To be clear, pro se litigants aren’t all like this and folks like this create a stigma around pro se parties that’s only going to exacerbate injustices as rising costs across the legal sector mean more and more folks are going to have to resort to representing themselves. Judge Posner highlighted this crisis years ago.
But also… there’s a lot of prosanity out there.
